Payments & Refunds
This policy governs payments, credits, and refunds for all growingads services, including Free, monthly, and annual plans, as well as the URL To Video, Avatar Video, Script Generator, and Voice Generator features. By purchasing or using the services, you agree to this policy.

2. Plans & Credit Rules
2.1 Free Plan
Registered users who have not purchased a paid plan receive 100 credits per month.
- Credits refresh monthly; unused credits do not carry over.
- Credits can be used to generate videos or scripts (see Feature Module Usage Rules).

2.2 Paid Plans

Notes:
- Paid plan credits are issued per cycle; unused credits expire at the end of the cycle.
- The Platform does not offer automatic renewal; users must manually purchase a new cycle.
3. Feature Module Usage Rules (Credit Consumption)

Note: Credits are automatically deducted within the plan cycle. Free Plan users follow the same credit consumption rules.
4. Refund Policy
Refundable Cases
- Plan not used and purchased within 3 days:
- Users may request a refund.
- Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees) are borne by the user.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method after deducting fees.
- Platform-related issues are preventing service usage:
- Refunds for unused portions apply.
- Payment processing fees are borne by the Platform.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Plan has started, or the cycle has expired
- User error or misuse
- Violation of Platform terms leading to account suspension
- Orders with discounts, promotions, or special offers
- Service restrictions caused by reasons outside the Platform
5. Refund Process
Submit a refund request via [email protected], including:
- Registered email/account ID
- Order number
- Reason for refund
Customer support will respond within 48 hours.
Upon approval, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Policy Updates
The Platform may update this policy at any time. Updated policies are posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
